Simple and effective.

I have a busy schedule and I don’t always remember to eat meals. This app is so simple and helpful I really have improved.
My only issue is that while the simplicity appeals to me, I wish there was better tracking built into the app. I’d like to be able to look back over the days, weeks or months and see my habits. To see which meals I ate in a day and even what times I checked in (if I was on time with my schedule or not)
This is honestly the best app I’ve found so far to give me helpful reminders and have a simple interface which encourages me to meet daily goals. It just would be helpful to see how well I’ve been doing over a period of time at meeting those goals.

Seems to have possessed my phone. I can’t delete the app.

It was great to have until a day ago. For some reason after about a week of using this app. My reminders would come in and constantly pop up over and over again, nonstop. Then it would complete glitch out my iPhone. My phone would flash off and on and I could do nothing with it. When I tried to delete the app after finally being able to navigate through my phone, it glitched out again. The app is still in my phone. Like it has possessed my phone or something. I held down the app clicked remove from phone, clicked delete app, and my phone glitched again. I could not shut my phone down or anything. The app is up to date so I’m not sure what’s going on. I need to find a way to delete it from my phone.

Almost a great app

As an adult with ADHD, I need reminders to help make sure I eat. This app mostly works for that purpose, but is bafflingly unintuitive in a couple of key areas. One is that, if you choose three meals plus one snack (which is what works for me), the snack is placed between breakfast and lunch, and there seems to be no earthly way to change that, even after paying for custom times. I snack in the afternoon, not the morning.

I got around the problem by just renaming the snack to ‘Lunch’ and lunch to ‘Snack’ ... Except now I get no pre-reminders for lunch, because those aren’t available for items in the ‘Snack’ category. (Which itself makes little sense. At least give us the option!)

The other big issue is the fact that reminders stay on even if you mark the meal as completed. If I have breakfast set at 10:30, and I eat it at 10:20 and mark it as done, I will still get reminders at 10:25 and 10:30 to eat a meal I’ve already eaten. Makes zero sense for those reminders to not be automatically turned off.

With a few key tweaks and improvements, this could be a 5-star app. Here’s hoping it gets there eventually.
