Description

Easily track everything in one place: habits, trips, activities, moods, work schedules and shifts, deadlines, and more! Customizable widgets, notes and custom periods!

MARK OFF allows you to create 10 different types of calendars:

STREAK
- Track habits and see your progress for the month or the year
- You are not limited to tracking only daily habits - "neutral" days are added to separate bad days from the normal days without an activity
- Current streak, monthly results and maximum streak labels will help you to build new habits and to not break the chain
- Specify colors for good, bad and neutral days or just draw a picture for a day, quickly switch between "Images" and "Day types" mode
- In Stats for the calendar useful info such as top streaks and average results by years/months/days of the week will help you strengthen good habits
- Treatment of empty days in the Current streak calculation is customizable in the App Settings

TRAVEL
- Log trips and see a beautiful view with all the countries you have visited or will visit in the future
- Add locations of visited cities and places and see them on one map
- Create your own Custom Countries with a picture you want, which allows you to fit the calendar to your needs, i.e. show trips in the Cities or States
- Add notes to Trips with the best moments to remember
- Days counter will help to track days passed and days left
- Cross out days between the trips to bring a new journey closer, draw something there or just leave it empty
- Export a PDF monthly/yearly reports with a total number of days you spent in each country, which is useful for tax and legal purposes
- Travel list with all your trips grouped by years for a quick access
- Visa tracker and Schengen-calculator

ACTIVITIES
- Create and track activities, moods, sports, symptoms or any other type of items you want to track
- Image for the day will be created based on the activities colors for this day
- See the progress for the month or the year

EMOJI
- Add emoji to dates to track mood or activities
- See monthly or overall stats

WORK
- Create work types
- Based on these types create schedules

PROJECT
- Create Projects with a default image or color
- Create Periods for each projects, which will be shown on the calendar

PHOTO
- See a random photo for the day from all your photos or just a selection of albums
- There is also an option to create a manual Photo calendar (with Basic calendar) and just add a photo you want to the day (switch to Images mode by tapping on the top-right button in the Drawing View)

LIFE
- This calendar is inspired by WaitButWhy blog post "Your Life in Weeks"
- Each square on calendar represents one week of your life
- Add important moments and chapters of your life and have a bird's eye view your life so far
- It helps you track duration of your life stages and could prompt you to change something
- See your trips and travels on this calendar - just toggle the switch in calendar details

DEADLINE
- Add deadlines and track the days before and after the deadlines

BASIC
- Simple calendar where you could draw a picture for each day

Quit Working After Update….

The most recent update does not show my crossed out days for the month on the month calendar view. I thought my info was totally gone at first glance. If I tap on the individual day my red “x” shows up, but that is extremely cumbersome and annoying. I was using this to keep track of something important!

Update: It is now working again after another update.

Developer Response ,

Sorry for the inconvinience and thanks for the update. I'll do my best to avoid such bugs in the future, but just in case you could always write me directly at mail@viktorgavrilov.com or through the app Feedback in the settings. This way I will be able to respond quicker and provide assistance - with AppStore reviews there is a delay before I see your review and another delay before you see my response.

This may be my favorite app!! Love it

Believe it or not once you learn how to use this app it is FANTASTIC. I try a ton of apps and most dont stick. This is SO USEFUL. I use it to track everything. I love that you can hand write each day and create your own symbols for things. The act of writing with your fingers must release some brain chemicals because i look forward to marking my sleep, my diet, my exercise minutes and quality. And i can spot trends at a glance with the monthly view. Plus so much more. The potential for this app is even bigger! I could go on and on but dont take my word for it! (Yes i have a vested interest in writing this review = i want the creator to sell more units so he is motivated to make it even better. Plus they deserve some kudos on this work)

Developer Response ,

Thank you a lot for such kind words! If you have any suggestions or ideas, which could improve your user experience or help new ones, please, write me an email at mail@viktorgavrilov.com (you could also do it in the app Settings by tapping on Feedback button)

How did I not find this sooner?!

Update: I love the "Activities" feature! You can assign colors to activities, place multiple colors/activities on one day, and see activity statistics! :-)

Victor, thank you, thank you, thank you for this app! I am visually impaired, and was surprised to find that this app is fully accessible with VoiceOver. It's EXACTLY what I have been looking for: a calendar where I can draw on the dates. Just to share an idea: I track my mood and energy levels in my journal with emojis. Now I will be able to draw each day's averages and better see trends! Thanks so much again!

Developer Response ,

Thanks a lot for such kind words!
