Definitely worth the $1.99

Doing this challenge I wanted to be able to track it throughout my day so paper wasn’t going to be efficient. So glad this app was created. I made it about 12 days without upgrading and paying the $1.99 to avoid ads and honestly it was totally worth it. 75 days and potentially hundreds of ads you’d have to go through...? I’d rather support the creator than waste that much time. The only thing that drives me a bit crazy is the progress photo section. If I take a pic from the ap it doesn’t allow me to move/adjust where it decides it wants to crop. If I load in my photo from my phone it still crops it really strangely and close which makes it hard for me to be able to take a step back and REALLY gauge/observe progress. Guess I’ll just stick to other photo apps for those purposes. All in all: thank you!
Update: went from 4-5 stars cause I still do think this it totally worth it and don’t want to dissuade anyone from using or purchasing the upgrade on this app. I’m impressed that the developer actually cares about the user feedback.

Hi Gimmie!

I’m glad to hear you’re happy with the $1.99 investment. I will most certainly look into various options for providing users with a better progress photo experience. I wish I could provide the app without ads, but there is overhead involved and the ad income from 75 days of usage at 3 ads/day comes to less than the $1.99 it costs to remove ads altogether.

Thank you for the feedback and If there’s anything that can be done to earn that 5th star, don’t hesitate to let me know 💪🏼

Stellar Support

When I decided to do 75 hard I knew that I needed a tracker of some sort but one that I could take with me and that reminded me to mark my steps after completion. This app has become such an amazing tool and one that I look forward to using and making the days green after I finish.
The simple features and user friendly platform make it very straight forward to complete just what you need to do. Not only is it a life saver but the customer support went above and beyond. They were able to fix my issue in less than 24 hours and was so responsive and also felt very personal and they wished me well on my challenge journey. I would recommend this app to anyone doing 75 hard!

Effective, overall would recommend

This is effective. But a few things I would modify if I could- I don’t like uploading photos. Where are they stored? I wish you could log water throughout the day (to help keep track). I also wouldn’t mind being able to establish a reminder/notification at a specific time (like 8 PM, for example) to ensure you logged everything before going to bed.

Overall, this is helpful and I would recommend this app.

UPDATE: I forgot to tick off my pages yesterday in the app (but I completed them) and now it says FAILED. And the day is red. While there are “lives” built into the app (so you can continue) aesthetically it says FAILED and that is a slap in the face. You should be able to adjust something if you neglected to put it in the app the day before. Again, allowing reminders at a designated time appropriate for each individual would be helpful. (I seem to get a notification around 11 PM, but go to sleep around 9 PM because that is MY schedule). Would not recommend if you are someone that isn’t glued to technology.

Hi kcarsonj4 - I appreciate the feedback! I could understand why some people wouldn't like uploading their photos to internet, but to answer your question, they are safely stored in Firebase Storage (Firebase is used for all of the back-end). They are only read from in situations where a user is logging in on a new device. If you don't want to upload a photo representing your physical growth, I would simply suggest taking a photo during one of your two workouts to note the workout you completed.

Update: ad-free users are easily able to remove failed days at there own convenience via the ‘edit progression’ button. You’re also welcome to reach out via the Facebook support page if there is something that bothers you. The app was designed to be just as much a part of the program as the tasks themselves to hold users accountable on a daily basis.

This is my first app on the App Store and I built it from scratch completely by myself. Every single feature that is implemented takes time to learn and understand. Although I intend to improve upon the push notifications, the feature was implemented at your request; I’m sorry that I let you down.
