Description

Diet & symptom tracking for feeding a child with food reactivity.
Allows users to track parent and child's food intake, especially vital for breastfeeding families. The log also features symptom and stool input with picture uploads. This provides a seamless space for parents to easily look for reaction trends, track food trialling, and annotate days/times for food trialling passes and fails. All of this information is shown in an easy to read history tab or exported into an excel spreadsheet which can be sent to your medical provider.
Disclaimer: This food and symptom tracker is a tool to help you and your doctor, it is not intended to diagnose a food allergy. Always work with your health care professional to identify and treat food allergies.

Not executed well

I’ve been following Dr Trill since my now 2 y.o. Developed food sensitivities while breastfeeding. This app has so much potential but isn’t executed well. So many little issues. I was using it for nearly a week, only to find all of my entries were soo messed up. Apparently the date was reverting back to another day every time I went to chart an entry. Additionally, I charted many “other” symptoms and free texted what it was, only to find out the app didn’t save what I free texted. I essentially wasted a week using this app and lost vital info on trying to navigate my two month old’s sensitivities. I’ve now returned to using the notes app on my iPhone.

Exceptional

This app is the reason I was able to successfully track my diet and identify my daughters food allergy triggers. The fact that I can load everything then the free to feed team (or myself) can export the data to dig deeper is exactly what is necessary to navigate food allergies.

I am immensely grateful to have access to this and the Free to Feed team

Great app for food allergies!

This app was so helpful when I was reintroducing food allergens to my baby. It was also helpful nailing down her food triggers at the start. It easy to use and keep all this confusing information together. Free To Feed is the best food allergy resource!
