I don't understand the use of "Gantt" in the program's title. "Gantt" refers to timeline charts based on dependencies between project tasks. I don't see any dependency data in your tables, and no examples of such a chart. It seems the information your tool collects would be easier to enter into a spreadsheet or text file, and the spreadsheet or text file would be easier to share & update.
I'm glad you have an interest in project planning, but please check out existing tools that already do the job well (unfortunately the good ones get very expensive). And please change the title or add capabilities to justify its use.

Looks OK so far on iPad. Does not appear to take up too much memory/space. Have yet to plan first project.
