If you just want to log your workouts by days (because you know what you are doing) - then Gym Day is your app!

It is dead simple and you will never lose track of your workouts again.

To log a new workout, you just need to tap the respective workout day. It couldn't be simpler.

When opening the app, you see all your recent workouts at a glance, sorted by weeks.

Gym Day supports you to stick to your workouts, with weekly workout goals as well as the gym streak.

Each week comes with a goal, by default 2 workouts - but of course you can increase or decrease your weekly goal.

Your gym streak is based on the success of your weekly goal - the streak increases with every logged workout, but it breaks if you didn't achieve your workout goal until the end of a week. Therefore, set realistic goals.

Life is busy, and sometimes we forget about the gym. For this reason, you can set individual workout reminders and be reminded on specific days and even times. They repeat automatically each week.
