DAILY FOOD TRACKER:
Use this feature to track and review your daily/weekly point usage. A food or drink item and its point value can be added manually, selected from a user-defined food list, or by scanning food barcodes or using our voice recognitions technology and adding them automatically. The goal of this page is to provide an easy-to-use, efficient method for monitoring food consumption, ensuring the user remains within the bounds of their daily and weekly point allowance.
ACTIVITY POINT TRACKER:
This feature turns exercise into consumable weekly point. Input your current weight, duration, and workout intensity to calculate the point value of your exercise. The resulting point totals will appear in a table viewable on this page and automatically added to your weekly point allowance. We are currently working on integrating the ability to connect to external exercise data (ie. Fitbit) as well.
FOOD POINT CALCULATOR:
Depending on the current point system that a user chooses upon registration (ie. Personalpoint, Smartpoint, pointPlus, Propoint), a calculator feature will be available to them. On this page, one can choose to enter the nutriment values of their food or drink item manually or scan the barcode of that item to determine its WW point value. Once saved, this item is automatically added to your recent & custom food lists on the daily food tracker page.
DAILY WEIGHT LOG:
This page can be used to log your weight each day to monitor overall and per diem weight loss progress over time.
ZERO POINT FOOD LISTS:
This page contains complete, filterable lists of all WW Zero point food plans (Green, Blue, Purple & Personal). These lists will act as the primary source for efficient point usage and tracking.
