Use your word skills to save the penguins!

Pengword is a fun and addictive game that tests your vocabulary and spelling skills. 5 penguins are trapped under a grid of ice cubes. Each ice cube displays a letter. Adjacent letters are used to construct words (in a style similar to Boggle). Each time a letter is used in a word, an ice cube layer melts. After all 6 layers have melted, any penguin trapped below that ice cube is released.

Releasing a penguin in the allotted time earns you another level … and more time. Points are awarded based on letter value (in a style similar to Scrabble), and word length - with bonus points awarded based on the number of penguins freed and the current level.
