The app also provides detailed parameter definitions and calculations. In addition, PepRop supports antimicrobial peptide (AMP) profiling, helping to evaluate peptide function and activity. Users can submit peptide queries to NCBI BLASTP for further analysis and send sequences to AlphaFold for 3D structure prediction using the dedicated buttons.
