As an insomniac, I would suggest the sound of a stream but NO birds or other such nature sounds. People like me are kept awake listening to those other sounds. The sound of the stream alone is helpful. Birds are a lovely thing, but they keep me up and I definitely know I'm not alone in this.

Other than that, this is a fantastic array of sounds. Kudos to Dmitriy Pushkarev. Well done.
