iPhone Giveaway of the Day - Vellum - HTML viewer

Vellum is a pure HTML viewer. It opens any HTML file exactly as it was sent — layout, styles and scripts included — right on your iPhone and iPad.

Opens straight from Mail and Files
Tap an attachment, choose Vellum, and it opens at once. Files from messengers and browsers open the same way through the share sheet or the Files app. No sign-up, no setup.

Exactly as sent
Vellum shows the original document, unchanged. JavaScript runs as written, so interactive pages and password-protected HTML files work the way their sender designed them. Text encoding is detected automatically, so older documents without a declared encoding still display correctly.

Password-protected HTML
Secure HTML documents that ask for a password open right here. You type the password into the document's own form, on your device.

Search and zoom
Find any word in a long document and jump between matches. Pinch to zoom as close as you need.

Save as PDF and print
Turn any HTML page into a clean PDF named after the document, or print it with AirPrint.

A tidy library
Files you open are kept automatically and grouped by month. Pin the ones you use most, sort them into categories and search by name.

Private by design
No account, no sign-in, no server, no ads. Everything happens on your device. Lock the app with a passcode or Face ID and hide its contents in the App Switcher. If you turn on iCloud backup, files go only to your own iCloud Drive.

Also opens PDF and XHTML files.

Free to try
Vellum is free to download. Start a free 30-day trial to use every feature. After the trial, a one-time purchase of the Vellum License keeps it working — no subscription. Purchases are made in the app and can be restored on your other devices. If you bought Vellum before version 1.2.0, you keep full access at no extra cost.
