Do you ever just turn your alarm off and end up going back to sleep? The reality is that many people have a hard time waking up in the morning. And that causes serious problems with things like schooling, relationships and employment.
Worry no further, the solution is finally here! WakeUpBuddy forces you to get out of bed in the morning, by making you walk a certain number of steps to a set destination when you wake up. The problem that many of us face is that we stay in bed, and don't force ourselves to get up. But when people are made to get up, and walk to their kitchen, porch, bathroom etc to start their morning rituals, they actually stay up. Included is a unique snooze button that forces your brain awake by asking simple math questions, which upon completion provides a brief 3 minute snooze. As well, we've included tips to help you fall asleep and stay asleep all night long.
How does it work? The night before, starting at your bed you can set the location that you would like to have to walk to in the morning by counting your steps. When you create a new alarm, you can add a new location to walk to. After you hit Set Location and add a new one, you may hit GO, at which point the app will begin counting your steps as you walk toward the location. When you arrive, you may hit save and use that location in the future. The alarm will not turn off until you have walked the number of steps set previously(displayed on-screen as well).
