iPhone Giveaway of the Day - WildTrace: Altimeter & Compass

Keep the view. Remember the place.
WildTrace brings outdoor instruments and location-stamped photos together, so you can check your surroundings and save more of the moment on hikes, camping trips and everyday adventures.

OUTDOOR INSTRUMENTS AT A GLANCE
Check GPS altitude, current coordinates and atmospheric pressure on supported devices. Use the compass to see your heading and view magnetic field readings. See calculated sunrise and sunset times for your location.

PHOTOS WITH THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Take a photo or import one you choose from your library. Add a watermark with available location, coordinates, time, altitude, pressure and magnetic field information. Choose the fields, adjust the position, text size and background opacity, and add a title for the current photo. You can also turn the watermark off.

KEEP ORIGINAL PHOTO INFORMATION
Imported photos use their available embedded information. If details are missing, you decide whether to add current information. Existing values are preserved, and supplemented information is identified in the record.

YOUR OUTDOOR PHOTO JOURNAL
Browse saved photos by date, open their recorded details and see photos with valid coordinates on a map. Export finished photos to your photo library and revisit the places behind your memories.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose meters or feet, hPa or kPa, and a light, dark or system appearance. No account is required. Your photo records are stored locally on your device.

Readings depend on device hardware, permissions and reception. Maps and address lookup may require internet access. Photo locations represent individual records, not a continuously recorded route. WildTrace is for everyday outdoor reference, not emergency navigation.
